The Training and Placement Cell at Dnyanshree Institute of Engineering and Technology, Satara, is committed to bridging the gap between academic excellence and professional success. Our T&P Cell is dedicated to ensuring that students are equipped with both technical and soft skills to meet the demands of today’s competitive job market. From career counselling to organizing recruitment drives, our team works determinedly to create pathways to success for our graduates. T&P Cell works in close coordination with the student placement committee comprising of student coordinators chosen from various departments. The institute’s excellent infrastructure supports each stage of the placement process, including registrations, pre-placement talks, written tests, group discussions, and interviews. Key Services: Employability Skill Development: A series of workshops, mock interviews, group discussions, and aptitude training sessions prepare students for the challenges ahead. TPQC is also catering to the needs and interests of the students who are willing to go for UPSC and GATE preparations. It conducted workshops related to Career in Civil Services and GATE preparations. TPQC has also conducted the workshop on “interview preparation” in association with Thinkers & Fillers. The motivated team of Training and Placement Cell is actively “improvement", in all spheres. We have reached a milestone of 400+ placements till date. B. Tech students have grabbed the opportunities from various sectors for different profiles.
